Western Blotting 101: General Overview
The western blot is one of the most commonly used techniques in molecular biology, and, as such, has been standardized a countless number of times. We believe that the knowledge gained from years of western blotting should be shared in an easy to understand and accessible manner, so that lab hours and government funding is not wasted on standardizing techniques that have already been standardized.
